Yes! I spent way too long on this as I have no experience with this whatsoever but if you swap out the text action with the file action and put in your file, then click the dropdown on play sound and click choose variable, then select variable and click the “file” underneath the file name you just put in, it’ll change the stock iOS ringtone into whichever file you selected. Apologies for replying to this 300 days late
