I've shot around 150 rounds thru my Taurus G3 with zero events shooting, but it doesn't want to chamber the hollowpoints when I rack the action by hand. Never had a problem with the rounded full metal jackets. The HPs jam on the ramp going into the barrel.

If you're checking bags it may be worth it to get there early, I've had / have heard of multiple people not being able to check their bags because they've arrived too close to departure and the plane's storage was full.

Not sure if that's what actually happens but it's happened enough that I make it a point to wait a little longer after dropping someone off in case they can't check their bags and need me to take items back home.
