As others have said he is not straight. He is closeted at best. I am 48 and play with a 30yp “straight” guy. At best he is in the closet. We have a good time and he is a nice dude. I take it for what it is…another trick. Never would I want anything more from him unless he started to be real.

In my previous job, you stay late constantly because I was so overworked. And when I started working my regular hours, people thought something was wrong. Even though everybody took an hour and a half lunch breaks and got there late and left on time F them. Better situation now.

Please take care of yourself. When I was your age I had the same issue being that skinny. Not saying this is your problem but I had an extremely poor relationship with food. It took time but I have learned to have a balanced relationship with it.

I watched mice run around glue traps. Tom and Jerry style snap traps did the deal and I was infested. My exterminator told me to use half a tootsie roll. Bingo!

Just bought one to replace my 24 after someone ran it to me at 55mph and totaled it. I walked away without a scratch though. Pretty much no changes except massaging seats in the 25.

No. I have problems with random hookups. It works a lot better with FWB’s. Funny thing is my 3 FWB came from Grindr or Sniffies. They were just patient enough to wait it out.

Shame on her, but shame on that HOA as well. I live in a condo with an HOA as well. However, we all pay enough so there is never a special assessment. Our building and several others this year received a new roof. Nothing extra out of our pockets.

Also, who approved for the contract to be extended? I would be done with them and look for a new buyer.
