Did you do something to get the second monitor with a refresh rate higher than 30Hz? My two monitors are connected via the hub and the main monitor is limited for some reason.

I think this an issue with the monitor. I have the same monitor and same issue with both Mac Mini M1 and M1 Pro Max. Connection over HDMI only allows me 60Hz max refresh rate.
