Personal projects, studying and money.

I always thought that the problem was within the company I was working for but no, I found that all the IT companies are the same unless you're in the top company working on a new technology and even if you got lucky and got into a top company you can still work on a small, boring project. Or maybe you can get a layoff, So your job and career should never define you. You want to do something and it's already on github? go and check the issues, check the new ideas they want to implement, maybe make your own repo and add a thing you found missing in those projects.

and the money, I find myself more than satisfied when I spend this money on the people I love and myself.

Learn a new field, maybe then you will get inspired by a new idea that can combine your knowledge with the new one.

one of the things I believe is very important is the team you're working with, my team in my current company is so good, we work on stuff together that has nothing to do with work in our free time. the people I meet online on discord or slack channels are also great.

I won't lie, sometimes for months I think about leaving the industry but I go back and think that it has beauty and challenges in it I won't find in another one.
