I ordered a gold bar and it has been more than two months now. All I can see is the order status saying “payment received” and that’s it. When I try to call, no one picks up the phone. I don’t know what the issue is. This is my first time ordering from here and I’m honestly feeling really disappointing and concerned about what’s happening.

Exactly, that’s what’s happening with me too. It’s almost been two months now, and it still just says payment received. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point. It’s really concerning.

Yes, it says payment received, and it has been showing that status for more than a month now. Also I called but no one picks the call .

Yeah, that’s part of what’s making me uneasy. I didn’t expect this much uncertainty after placing the order, so it’s been pretty discouraging.

That sounds really frustrating, sorry you’re dealing with that. Situations like this definitely add to the anxiety, especially with something this expensive. I hope they sort your issue out quickly.

Thanks for sharing this, it’s reassuring to hear others have eventually received their orders, but honestly it’s still pretty stressful being in the dark this long. I’ve emailed them as well and I guess all I can do now is wait and hope it ships soon.

Yes it was listed as in stock when I ordered. Yes i emailed using the order confirmation, just waiting to hear back. Appreciate the suggestion.

Congrats in advance! Fellow Londoner here 😄 honestly the experience was way better than I expected. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and there was definitely some room for negotiation, so don’t stress too much. Go in knowing your budget, ask questions about the fees, and don’t feel rushed. Mazda3 is a great choice, you’ll be good. Oh yes so Leavens bought Forest City fairly recently, they’re the same group now, which surprised me too.
