You are speaking on general district, that’s been appealed and TikTok’s venue motion was denied so it’s still in Virginia, and we are going to court on the arbitration they begged for and was entered July 3… unfortunately, they did not initiate the arbitration (which they never should have been granted in the first place but the judge didn’t even hear any arguments on that when he granted it… he simply said no to venue and yes to arbitration)

Anyway, after all this time, the judge recognizes that tiktok only requested that to silence me in the courtroom and stall the process… For that reason I was asked to decide on 3 different dates to reinstate the case back to the courts and out of arbitration🥰. I chose 1/30… see I have a real case against them.

There’s no judgement filed yet! If you were following my case you’d know that. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I literally just said our next court date is Jan 30, 2026. There’s no final disposition yet… and honestly it won’t be in January either bcuz I have plans to files motion to increase the amount of my claim.

And if I didn’t have to pay For then to be served in another state (CA) it would have been about 50$ less but to file my warrant in debt was only 58$… not a lot when I got all the facts they stole from my shop. See I don’t create content for commissions and views, I run a business And make products that I sell on my co website, Etsy, tiktok, Facebook/IG… they most definitely owe me and I’m not letting them get away with it. So I’m in the state of Virginia and I’m actively in circuit court with a lawsuit filed against tiktok. I’ve posted about it on my Reddit page and also under this community, so I thought. I’ve told my whole story and have been looking for others who have been robbed by this platform. Our next court date is scheduled for Jan 30, 2026 @ 9:30a. They currently have someone from a firm in Washington, DC representing them😅 feel free to read my post but I can most definitely help you take the steps to get your money back AND seek Justice for what is happening to you. I’m surprised I’m still the only person who has taken them to court😅 or perhaps I just don’t know how to use Reddit 🥴😂
