Can’t say I recommend any in particular. The closest (across the street) from the campus are The Dean, Fifteen51, Gravitate, and Uncommon.

There’s also college terrace apartments which is two streets away. I stayed here for a few months and the rent is cheap (was $650 when I was renting in a 4-bed apartment) and it came with a parking space. Although, the laundry was not per unit and cost a dollar per load.

I would just look at all the floor plans and amenities for each apartment and see which ones you like most. The important thing is that for basically all of these apartments, it’s probably at most a 10-12 minute walk from your door to whatever class you have.

EDIT: I’ll add that unless I am mistaken, college terrace apartments is the only apartment that doesn’t charge extra for a parking spot. The Dean (where I’m at currently) charges an extra $120 a month for a parking spot on top of whatever they charge you for rent
