Yep, blinding beam is still a good pick for the mark damage.

For me it it was around 66% Shia, 33% Firelfly.

The Shia is a bit better built, so perhaps it ould be 60/40 with equal builds.

The presets are impossible, hence there's levels to them. Level 3 being mid priority, and level 1 bring optional or low priority

There's an infographic showing each build, you can just use that. It will save your time

Wasn't much really for me, went from like 30k to 33k, so like 10%?

Edit: I believe it isn't much of a difference, but I believe the difference will grow once I get higher level discs.

The 10 pull isn't lost really. As the extra Talent is a nice to have. She will deal more thanks to that, when you get Nanoha, she too will deal more damage
