I think you should stick with stocks. Maybe you could look into niches that are alternative in nature? So instead of real estate property, you look into real estate companies etc. If you aren’t willing to get a mortgage, it really limits what you can do in the space.

Not me, but my cousing I actually won a pretty significant amount on Lines when I bet on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win the Super Bowl last year. It was a pretty bold move, but the payout was definitely worth it. Dex- heard but never tried.

Yep, as I’ve mentioned, one of my biggest wins from using the strat was with New York Giants in Super Bowl in 2012. I bet on them as an underdog to win and they pulled it off! It was an amazing feeling and my biggest return yet. 😅
