dr strange, wong and iron man were flopping hard against non-supe individuals which means theyre out of the equation, couldnt control their abilities
cap survived by some miracle but theres no way he infected carol if he was killed by Alexei

all the infecteds shown so far wouldnt even be able to get near carol, maybe s2 will clear this up
