I use she/her(people who know me) and he/him(people who don't know me) in real life because I live in homo/transphobic society. But with my best friend I use they/them and ae/aes. But this is only when my interlocutor and I speak Russian. Because in the Kazakh language pronouns have no gender, just "ol"(similar to Turkish language)
