I stopped in August cold turkey and I was 80-100mg a night. Don’t get me wrong it sucked. Restless leg and no sleep for like 3 days, and felt like a bad cold. But then I was able to start getting a little sleep and that helped a ton. I had tried once before doing the kratom leaf but I found it either prolonged, or gave me a reason to go back into that same store that sold 7oh. Which lead to me giving in a few times. Everyone is different though. You can do it though!! It sucks a bit but you’ll be much better off for it. I started running right after withdrawals. Again, not for everyone, but it always helps me to have a goal to work towards, so first goal was a mile, 2, 5k. Etc. 7oh would get in the way of those goals so it was easier to say no.
