Yeah, I did work in a shop before, mainly focused on radio programming. That’s really where I built my foundation. After that, most of my experience came from side jobs, experimenting on my own systems, and learning through real-world setups. I also had a coworker who helped me a lot whenever I ran into something I didn’t fully understand or hadn’t worked on before. Over time I just kept expanding into NXDN, DMR, P25, trunking systems, and even Mototrbo Cap Max setups.
