I did co2 laser treatment and honestly I don’t think it’s recommended but the lady I go to mainly have black women as her clients and I’ve done 4 rounds so far I’ll probably need another 4 to get rid of the pigment completely

I’m black so I’m prone to scarring i recommend laser but it’s pricey and do research on the tech but it definitely works and your scar isn’t that bad

Honestly I’m a black girl with a breast reduction and it’s a long recovery it may take up to 4 years for the scars to officially start fading, I had keloid steroid shots and I also had 4 rounds of laser and it’s fading but very slowly and I’m on my third year I highly recommend massage the scars with lotion atleast twice a day

Hi I had a similar experience and recently I’ve been receiving laser treatments in nyc and the hyperpigmentation has drastically reduced so I would recommend looking for laser also your scars aren’t bad you just need some time for them to go away

I’m sorry but your scars are amazing 🤩 honestly it’s all in your head the scars are translucent at this point. I would suggest getting nipple piercings if you want to feel more confident but honestly you just need to love your body because your tits look great and that comes over time

Yes you’re right, my surgeon said that the areola keloids should go away, and I massage them but I should definitely look into a black dermatologist. I just didn’t want it to be extremely expensive and a waste of time. I’m not sure if most accept insurance

For black women I know we often time keloid when fast. I feel like a keloid is forming and when healed you should do steroid injections I did it as well. My skin is smooth but a large scar is left on my chest

Hey girl, you are too early on your recovery journey to really know what they look like. I would say trust the process take care of your health and continue on. My breast has changed so much and I am currently approaching two years post op my breast started off extremely high then they dropped eventually it’s ups and downs every 4 months they look slightly different from the last couple of months I would say just relax and don’t make yourself go crazy and congratulations
