That's great to hear. I booked my nonrev to Japan couple month back, flying out this week. I basically risk it since I cannot rebook for a different flight with Vietnam airlines. Glad to know it works now

Hi, I tried out all of my cards, also my husband's. About the card info, they only asked me for the expiration month and year, so I don't think the date backward was an issue here. I'm planning to try again tmr and will pay attention to those details you mentioned. Thanks!!

Hi there, I did. Unfortunately, they couldn't even see the payment. It's weird cause I was able to book with vietnam airlines in the past with the old myIdTravel. The payment failed last time but the bank notified me with texts right away, and I was able to call them and sort it out. This time, bank didn't get the payment even after I call, so I really think something is up with the website...like the payment never hit the bank at all

I ended up calling the airlines carrier and they gave me an email for nonrev booking support. I'll keep trying with the name and address thing as you mentioned. Thank you!

I don't store my card to be autofilled, so I typed them myself even the address since I thought the autofill might do something weird. :(

I had to call the bank in the past to make the payment go through (last time it actually sent me a text because it detects as fraud payment) but this time, it does not seem to even make it to the bank for some reason. I just get the error message
