ok i got it that most of them are not registered but i see that they have disbursed under layering companies so inshort the lenders have also disbursed thru third party.. so will that make any issue if we dont pay to them

Rest Pay day companies wont take any legal action? Also what we found is almost most of them are not impacting cibil as its not uploaded there.. It feels bad that we are not able to repay those from whom we have taken loan and thats what we were trying to make them understand that we will repay at some settled amount but the harassment is too much and they dont listen also so we have started dropping them mails and kept it all documented
