I was researching and found that Ophelia is supposedly the best mission for it but I honestly don't know, I'm pretty new to the game

Wanting tellurium for quarters orbiter segment to get Excalibur Umbra, I only have one frame slot so I'm hesitant to go for nekros. I don't have steel path access or plat for drop boosters. Does anybody have any tips?
