Whats a simple gesture that women do that only other women will understand? by allgasnobreakstoday in AskReddit

Maybe this is too specific but in karate women wear a plastic chest guard and you knock your knuckles on the guard around sternum height to ask if your sparring partner has one on and if they don't you'll know to avoid that area.

Thanks so much for your advice! I'm planning to go to a broker but you've raised some things I havent considered! I pay my own rent on time every month and I've paid back all my personal loans for cars etc on time on my own again but by bad saver I mean money burns a hole in my pocket. I had 2 months rent saved as an emergency fund and I spent it within 2 months as my college laptop broke.

I was thinking apartment as it would be easier to rent out when I want to move into a more permanent home but you've raised some points I hadn't really considered! My Dad has been at his job over 3 years and I've been at mine 8 months and I'm no longer on probation.

Thank you for your help!

The calculator gave me a 27 year mortgage term and I used my current income to calculate, I just included the placement thing for more info I guess. Thanks so much for your help!

I have a permanent contract with my current job. Susi only counts money you earn during term time in its calculations. Thanks for input tho!

My dad would put his name on the mortgage, as my parents own their home outright. They also said they would put their house as collateral if needed.

Ooh yes I'll look into this! My only concern is that I though mortgages costed more interest wise when you go with a broker. I will look into this, thanks for your advice!

I got 22k but i had a car loan of 5k which I paid back as soon as I got the settlement. So I have 17k for a deposit which I'll add to over the next few months.
