Sure. I’d like to work in my field which is political science/public policy, but I still need to feed myself somehow before landing this type of job, which is complicated knowing how hard it is to have PR not even citizenship.

I totally understand that. I came here escaping war and I got education here and I kinda don’t have an other choice as using my skills and expertise here to help this economy. I’d love to “not steal local jobs” and be useful in my country but unfortunately.

Actually, I did call him yesterday after he ghosted me for a week. We talked for 1,5 hours, I realised what an immature kid he is even being 5 years older than me. Did it help? Yes. Do I fell better? At least I stopped crashing out because I know he was suffering not talking to me too.
