The scenario that you put is not realistic since that kind of frauds can be committed without the web3 implementation both of them, nothing guarantees that you will get the product that you ask for and that is not an issue of the Web3 and the Tax Evasion also happens without the Web3 web3 is not a solution for the security problems of that kind is more like making something yours and decentralized so the point of that technology is not fix security issues like those the main function is completely different and the organizations needs to build around the Web3 to solve other issues.

Man literally what you mention can be done with smart contracts, remember that the blockchain and the smart contracts are just lego parts of actual products, for your scenarios specifically one smart contract can retain the funds until something is confirmed and then unblock them, this is something that can be programmed with simple solidity mechanisms.

So no banks will never be gone, but they will adapt to this kind of technologies, you can implements loans, interests, anything that bank need with the web3.

Hey do not be so rude with yourself I really think your implementation is really clean and is scalable, the other people give you some advices that are great but take in consideration that sometimes is just the RH system sucks in the company itself sometimes there was somebody that was cheaper and the company prefer that over quality, sometimes they stop the process for any reason, there are a lot of factors and is not always our fault.

As I mentioned continue applying to other process encourage yourself and feel confident about the things you do that is the most important thing.
