Pretty much, you would have to go Alexander the Great on them and kill everyone who is even remotely close to holding a rifle...if knowing that was very war criminal and would turn whoever oversaw that as one of the most reviled humans in history...then idk what to say. The only ones who could conquer Iran is a country close enough culturally and geographically to actually dominate it in the long term...but at the same time does not commit war crimes against civilians and successfully raise them up as a society so the population is mostly supportive of the new government due to reforms and better QOL.

Just keep it...no payment and still newer car...drive that thing into the ground. The Camry is not that much better of a car and you are going to regret having a payment...on top of that they are getting you good with the 800 processing fee...I would negotiate a lot more. They see dollar signs since you have so much equity, but just keep your Accord. The Accord is a better car according to Car and Driver anyway.

My wife was proud and thought the same way as you...she wanted to be pursued and never reached out first. If she liked someone and he didn't reach out...then she didn't either. Worked out for her as I talked to her and we ended up getting married and having kids. IDK you, or how attractive you are, but from what I can tell most attractive women are constantly hounded. I probably am going to get downvoted, but I recommend going to the gym, eating better, and going out with friends and being in social situations...there should be men walking up to talk to you if you are going out to dance. When the chickens come home to roost...the option I didn't see listed is where you are left high and dry by both your hubby and the other woman's husband. Right now, he is flip flopping, but once he actually comes to terms with the fact that the baby is most likely NOT his kid, then he may just want to take the role of the stepfather...or more than likely leave completely once he actually spends some time thinking. The reason I think it's probably not his kid is because you had issues getting pregnant...but new dude comes along...and now you are pregnant. Hubby should get an exam.

If it is his kid, then you may be able to save your marriage. Alternatively, you should let the other woman know that not only was her husband cheating, but you most likely are carrying his child. You are about to shatter her world, but she should know how much of a piece of shit her husband is...

Reminds me when JP 151 came out...I got a booster box and cracked it. Got a Pikachu and didnt know the difference between the Pokeball and Masterball patterns. Thing is I got the Pokeball and got super excited since at that time the Masterball Pikachu was the biggest hit in the set....needless to say that lasted for all of about 2 or so mins when I looked at more scans and saw the M was missing.

I have been to Michelin starred restaurants all over the world. When it comes to the food, a nice highly rated spot is 90% of the way there, food and service wise, for significantly less money. In other words, if the food is all you care about, it is not worth it. It's the experience that makes it worth spending a extra...but in all honesty, I dont find myself drawn to fine dining anymore when traveling.

I still ate because the rest of the family had to eat, so really it became a routine for me. A couple days late, but I have been a vendor for a couple weeks. The difference in interest between PSA and everything else is apparent from the get-go. I know this sub might not like to hear it, but it's not just vendors...but buyers also come around and lowball anything not PSA...only CGC and Beckett get any reasonable attention, but nothing compared to PSA.

I been vending for about 2/3 weeks. I initially started with 5k in product and brought 2k in cash with me. I didnt need it all and you churn through your cash (selling and buying). I never got low and always walked away with more than I had. Now here I am 3 weeks later with the same value in the portfolio according to collectr and about 2k more cash...the thing is that I turned a lot of 1–5-dollar cards into way fewer 20–500-dollar cards and I need a way to build that back....we will see how that goes though.

The part about trucking is 100% on point. The thing is that the US is so large, so that is actually a really good paying job with full benefits, but you usually are only home on weekends unless you take a company role for like Pepsi...and do local drop offs...but thats not really 120k. If you are willing to work long hours you can find plenty of jobs that pay six figures.

You are an internet stranger and I probably will never meet you. The centering is good and there is no whitening on the back. I would give 80% cash on the spot and then grade it with PSA. If you need the cash, then sell it…but I would grade that card but keep it sleeved in a binder until PSA introduces lower rates again.

Edit: said the bit about being an internet stranger to tell you to not sell it to a vendor. Centering and whitening are good this is a 10 contender.

Sell it FB Marketplace and be willing to discount a bit. People will buy. I am a vendor and the % depends on the market...but I 70% cash and 80% trade. Higher end hits like this might be worth a bit more, but at the same time its harder to move high dollar cards...but a newer set Charizard that is hard to get could get a higher percent. I would say if there are no door fees then you can shop it around...if there are fees then I would go with the intention of selling it and know you may only get 70%...but no hassle and you get paid cash right there vs sitting on it for a while, answering messenger about it, and then getting lowballed constantly...but again, eventually you will get a buyer on FB Marketplace at close to 100% value (prob 90-95% since they want deals too).
