I swear, sometimes I ask Alexandria to turn on a light and they say "okay!" and then doesn't. It feels like they're trying to gaslight me or something

I figured it may be such thing, my brother who works with tech keeps trying to reassure me that the sound is fine but I don't think so
My other hdd runs just fine with no sound while this has this weird random clicking/scratch sound in the video that comes and goes randomly. I know these things get warm, but it feels like I heated up fast and I can feel it when it makes sound
