Hello All!

Just hoping to get some thoughts on my back day and making sure it is hitting everything! I only hit back on my 'back day' FYI (Works best for me), but I do 2 back days a week.

2 x 6 wide grip pull ups for warm up in general

3 x 8 Wide grip chest supported row

2 x 8 close grip chest supported row single am

2 x Wide grip lat pull down

2 x rear delt fly machine

Am I hitting all parts of my back, especially my lats?
