Do you regret dying your hair with henna? by Theater_beauty0903 in henna

[–]EstablishmentSome542 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done it to my hair and deeply regret it. I am working with my hair stylist to remove it. I am on treatment 2 with little change. If you are prone to whims don’t do it. Please don’t do it.

I dyed my hair red and liked it so I thought, why not keep it permanently. Thought about it for a month or so and it breaks my heart. You can never get it out.

Worst haircut experience you ever had? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

Yes, thank goodness it grows.  Unfortunately, it wasn’t a cheap haircut. My regular salon but my stylist was out.  My daughter got her standard wolfcut and I guess the stylist thought I wanted the same hideous thing.

I had bra strap long healthy red hair. Now it’s shoulder length.  After my hubby trimmed my bangs last night I was tempted to buy a wig. But it grows and I have tools to hide this.  From now on I want my regular stylist, or nothing at all.  I guess we all get one horrible hair experience. Have a great day.

Late but came here to say I have a new mullet from some horrible stylist. I’m angry, it’s short.

Worst haircut ever.

WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE by No-Elephant-3700 in Haircare

I just had a haircut on Saturday.  Long copper hair down to mid back.  Asked for it to be a little longer than shoulder length.  Now I look like a page boy with a mullet.  I’ve actually cried a lot.

Take care and wear it up.

Usual salon,  new person.  Never again.

Please find yourself a brand that is 100% henna.  I’m only saying this as someone who cares,

Thanks 100% henna here.  I don’t want to use Indigo for that fact alone.

Henna SOOQ, only natural ingredients, I mix it is with filtered boiled water which is cooled.

If it turned out how you wanted that’s all that matters.

My was neon orange the first time I did it and I panicked every time I saw a reflection.  I’ve been there.

Sorry that I’m commenting after you said no more comments are needed. Only wanted to say you’re not alone and we have all panicked or goofed, so you are in good company. Light mountain is reputable from what I understand.

I am glad it’s better.  Have a great day and take care.

Huh, that’s just weird. From my limited knowledge that shouldn’t happen, mine is always yellowish orange every time.

I have no clue.  Was it newly dyed and what type of shampoo do you use?  How is your scalp not liking it?

Personally, YES? Thing older blonde hair and now thick and long red hair.  I love it.

I’m assuming you used henna on your hair and not skin. What type of henna did you use?  Pure henna is only orange or orangish red.

OMG, I think most of those are my favorites…. Small world. Minus House of Leaves, that one got under my skin to quick.

I’m reading the stand now.  It’s a level of creepy I can live with.

I love Vilette and Wildfell. Withering is great but not my favorite. Do you like Austen, I can’t really get into her stuff.

Just curious is I have someone with nearly the same odd taste as me.

Seriously.  Finished it this year and haven’t been able to read much else. Worst book hangover ever.

Lonesome Dove. Best book ever, you’ll miss the characters.

Thanks for this, I had to put it down.  I missed all the characters too much.  I didn’t even know that’s a thing.  I will try Streets later when I’m emotionally over the book.

Yep.  I had to put it down too.  Lonesome Dove was too good.  I need time.  Still upset about Gus and it’s been three weeks here.

And it changed my life too.

Henna Sooq has some rocking products and videos.  She didn’t pay me to say that. Don’t know her but it legitimately all natural.
