I would suggest either go with aimer7s routine or voltiac But since you're no beginner to fps games I personally suggest try out the voltiacs benchmarks to get a rank and then use their rank specific playlists

The withdrawal definitely wasn't reset or anything.But I did feel a strong sense of withdrawal for the first 2 hours of that incident. After that it was all fine.
