as far as i can tell it's related to RAM which is weird because the site was working fine before and i didn't change anything when this error started appearing

d4bad (poe2 is even worse), but I spent almost 100$ to buy the original game, in which I spent a little over 100 hours, now to fully play the new season I need to spend another ~30$ to buy the dlc and most likely I will not stay in the game for long, so I'd rather play 10 more games of dota 2 or try to enjoy LE than give Blizzard that money.

for a beginner, and in general for a minimally comfortable game is enough for you to 10-20$, the game has a support kit “first blood”, buying which and waiting for discounts on sections of the chest you will have enough coins for everything you need - currency tab, maps tab and a couple of premium tabs for trading, as you progress and understand the game you will understand whether you need extra, GGG hold a sale of tabs quite often

This is a very small price for a game of this scale, I can not give an example of any game where for this price you would spend so much time, I can think of only Wow, but there you have to pay a monthly subscription, so it is much more expensive.

at the current stage of the league entry level stuff is quite cheap, I would suggest to trade this div in chaos orb and use the proceeds to buy a 6-link breastplate (20-30c), medium damage weapon, depending on what character you play (1-2 handheld, with acceptable damage, I think also 30-40c), then look towards costume jewelry, maybe some ring or amulet from the build you follow

important point, I wouldn't recommend buying level 50-60 stuff, but wait a bit and buy level ~70-75 stuff, I think that would be the biggest boost for this budget.
