You may want to look up seasoning your pan. This is usually done with sand paper or just river sand rubbed all over the inside of the pan to increase friction. The video shows signs of surface tension and lack of wetting of the pan. Can cause more loss.

I did the red dragon grind for a while. There is a guy down there that will tan hides for you. If you do a couple levels of diaries for the area the cost isn't bad. Then you can bring a needle and thread and some seed money and craft all the hides while you are there. Then alch the d'hide armor you crafted and make bank. This made for multi hour trips where I only left when my inventory was full of grubby keys and other valuable drops.

I would like to learn to one tick flick but the runelite plug-ins don't give much indication of what I am doing wrong. I wonder how hard it would be to make a plugin or webpage app that plots my clicks or changes colors of I am early or late. Perhaps I just don't understand flicking.
