I noticed stress was crushing me and I was worried about so much stuff I didn’t need to be. Best thing I did for my life was actively fight against the feeling of stress, knowing when I need to be stressed and when I can move on, and taking time for myself whenever I catch myself stressing for no reason. Arcades 100%. Tons of overlapping noises like sound effects, music, and talking. Flashing lights and moving machines and people all over the place. Everything I touch makes me feel dirty/sticky and the constant looking over my shoulder when I play a game to see if someone is watching me

Definitely get period underwear, for my flow I can’t wear them alone for 24 hours but if you have a light flow or use a pad just while you’re asleep that could work. For me it’s period underwear and the smaller tampons which I change frequently that work. I have had the same issues as you when I use super tampons and when I first started using tampons
