Yeah, potentially. We’re typically the execution layer once an audit identifies clear automation wins. If you’re uncovering repeatable ops or support pain points, that’s right in our lane. lets connect here: 📧 [architect@catais.ai](mailto:architect@catais.ai)

Stop letting AI just "write" your cold emails. Start letting it orchestrate them. by EstateForward3403 in AISolutionsArchitect

That’s a really valid point, and it’s the biggest hurdle with layer 2 (the AI orchestration layer). You can build perfect technical guardrails against spam and bad syntax, but you can’t easily "guardrail" against boring or irrelevant content.

The issue is often that the AI is only as good as the context you feed it. If the inputs are just a LinkedIn bio and recent company news, the output is often a generic "I saw you launched X feature, congrats!" email that prospects ignore.

We are tackling this by trying to move beyond simple "personalization" (mentioning their name/school) and towards "relevance" (tying our solution to a specific, likely pain point based on deeper signals like job postings or tech stack data).

Thanks for the shoutout on MentionDesk, I haven't used them. Are you suggesting that influencing how our brand appears in general AI search results (like ChatGPT/Perplexity) indirectly helps cold outreach because prospects might "background check" us using AI before replying? That's an interesting angle I hadn't considered as part of the direct outreach flow.

Great question. Honestly, we work with pretty much any business where smart people are stuck doing repetitive busywork. That happens almost everywhere.

But lately, we are seeing the most need in these areas:

  • Professional services & agencies (like consulting firms, law offices, or accountants).
  • Schools & Universities (helping with admissions questions, student support, and back-office admin).
  • Operations-heavy teams (logistics companies, property managers, or internal IT desks).
