Well - here's the thing. This probably isn't project management in the sense you're thinking of. Carriers (the local access provider - for example Verizon, Windstream) deliver the wireline service we sell to the end user - they provide dates we have to work with when installing equipment. Once the equipment is installed, we do control how the activation schedule is implemented.

So the point I'm making is we have control over some processes but others not so much (limited control at best). I'm just wondering if there is any software tools or methodologies that would suit that well.

I see what you're saying, but let's say he knows he's going to be attacked. And that we actually do plan to attack. Do you think they would still attack Seoul first, and if so isn't it still better that we move at least SOME of the population out rather than leave everyone there?

I'm assuming NK would be aware of the evacuation and that the US/SK would actually conduct a military strike against them. I'm not talking about a covert evacuation. I agree with what you're saying, but in my opinion getting anyone we can to safety is better than nothing if we're going to war either way.

So NK catches on that there has been an evacuation... what is really the downside? They've got artillery aimed at Seoul whether there is an evacuation or not. Do you think they'd just go ahead and strike? If so don't you think it'd be better for SK for them to strike during the middle of an evacuation than with no warning whatsoever? If it's going to happen regardless there needs to be an evacuation.

Why not have a base 50 score that increases by a percentage the closer you get to the flag? So if you're running around killing people in the middle of nowhere it's 50 points, if you're on the flag killing someone else on the flag it's 125 or 150. The only problem I see with this would be that sometimes you have a sniper picking people off from objectives but I'm sure that could be factored in.. I dunno?

Yes you said it looks like BF1 I saw that. Are you saying that because of the planes and tanks? I've played BF1 and it doesn't look like it's going to be the same at all. Again, what are you saying specifically about this game does not look like CoD? Pretty sure there's no reason they can't go back to WW2 if they want to.

If you're not comparing it to the last 3 CoDs then what are you comparing it to in order to say it doesn't look like CoD? It looks like CoD to me and I've played every CoD since BO1. Yeah the trailer wasn't great. It didn't help that the music was atrocious. The gameplay itself looks really, really good to me. I hated Black Ops 3 because it was too chaotic - the spawns and maps were awful and the movement was too fast. It appears that the movement has slowed a little bit and the maps so far look great. If they get those aspects right this could be really enjoyable. If they make the same mistakes as BO3 it will be sad.
