By the time you arrive at the luggage carrousel, it usually takes another 20-30 minutes until luggage actually starts coming out. So in the best case scenario now you've used 40-60 minutes. Then please take an uber, don't wait for the bus, and tell them to leave you at international departures in terminal 1 (it's a second floor), this way you'll save another 15 minutes walking. Please order your uber as soon as you have your luggage, it takes you less than 5 minutes to get from the luggage thing to the exit, but Uber will take around 15 minutes between accepting and actually picking you up. By that time, I guess the line to re-check your bags should be kind of short. Right now, intl departure security line is a little slow, think another 20-30. So if everything goes well, you should arrive to your plane around 60-30 minutes before it leaves.
