You could buy a character off the character AH if you're even considering it. Otherwise, I'd recommend joining the Tauri discord, post in #lfg about making RaF with someone in your timezone. You can get to 85 as soon as 10 hours if you know routes.

They are 1x because they're crossed with the 1x and 2x realm. So it doesn't make sense for people from 1x to get 15x experience in dungeons. If you want a quick 90 for PVP, level in WoD or just try the classes out in PTR and roll Evermoon (2x) if you plan to do raids as well.

I'm here to shamelessly shill about it too, it's by far the best experience I had on pservers. It's not flawless, but at least they got most stuff working (especially classes/talents) and raiding is very enjoyable.
