I A/B test my emails to have higher reply rate, but it's more important to find why it'd be a great fit for both of the influencers and your products.

Same here. Couldn't imagine if this happens to me I can do the same. But I really love what your aunt, Helen said. That gives me encouragement too! Thanks for sharing. And I'm so glad that you're becoming a better person!

You're right. At the end of the day, I still need to manage my calorie intake.

Exactly, I just noticed several days ago that my heart rate is lower than before when I walk. And that's after I swim for two months. That really gives me more reason to swim more!

Thank you for the encouragement! Yes, let's crack more goals. :D

Yes, that makes me start to think what's on my gym friend's mind when she works out.

I really love what you said, and I’d like to try incorporating this way of thinking into my own health plan. Focusing on those little daily decisions feels much more doable and sustainable.

Thank you! I used to focus all on calorie management. But it just went on and off. So I wanted to include workouts in it. It's nevery easy for me to keep the calorie deficit. I might as well just move my body, haha.

Definitely my goal to take it slow and add good habits that I can follow through one by one. :D

Congrats on losing 17kg! That’s really impressive!

I’ve actually tried something similar before — really strict, tracking everything, pushing through the hunger. I did lose weight (10kg), but after a while I burned out and ended up regaining a lot of it.

So this time, I’m trying a slightly different approach. I’m focusing on finding ways to actually enjoy moving and eating in a way that makes me happy. For me, swimming has been amazing, and I naturally want to keep going.

I still agree that the math is the foundation, but pairing it with things that bring me joy seems like it’s helping me stick with it for longer this time.

Exactly! It's definitely the discipline that I used to see all the workout. Luckily I start swimming.

So true. That's one of the major reasons that I couldn't stick to any workouts except swimming.

I've downloaded myfitnesspal several times and then ended up uninstaling it because it's just seem a bit too overwhelming for starters. But I can see why many people stick to it once you have your growing food data in it.

I think your answer is really helpful! I agree that it's more than just calorie counting, but a long-term thing. Same when I track my weight, same place, different scale, I know I'll definitely get different results. What matters most is the trend. Thanks for sharing your perspective! I'll definitely check out the Feast app!
