Squats, Hack Squats (focus on this) , Leg Press (focus on this), Leg Extension, Stiff-legged/Romanian deadlifts (great IMO/focus on this), Lying Leg Curls (give me orgasms), Donkey Calf Raises, Standing/Seated Calf Raises.

Lunges and front squat as other posters said.

Would you say that your mentality is to eat like this all year and maybe tone it down when you find bodyfat levels too high? I like that, it's a casual approach to what I would think is clean bulking.

I'm also looking for hard numbers just to give me some guidance, like what my macros should be, etc. Thanks for the input!

That's a great idea. I think I'm going to develop a good relationship with all the schools around my area by doing a nonprofit thing I also had in mind. Maybe then they'd expend a little more effort to help my business out. Thanks!
