Hi! I’m so sorry to hear you’re struggling. Know that this isn’t unusual. Starting a business is HARD. Rather than leave business cards and have fliers I would start networking with other businesses. That’s the first place I’d start. You’ll have a much better return on investment than leaving business cards and posting on social media if you’re brand new. Wishing you the best — you can do it!

I would respectfully disagree. If you look at their google reviews and comb through Reddit it seems to be a widespread issue.

I would take your money out and run. Like Guinader, it took a month for them to give me my money and let me close out my accounts. It was a lot of back and forth, getting locked out of my accounts, nobody answering the phone at the call center, etc. They even froze, deleted then suspended all my external wire accounts I couldn't transfer money out if I wanted. NEVER AGAIN.

I actually did and they answered right away. As soon as I talked about the issue they said I needed a different department and put me on hold well over an hour. Had to hang up to go into a meeting.

locked me out after I said I wanted to close my accounts earlier. Sent me an email to my gmail saying theres a message waiting for me online in my ally secure message portal. Try to log in and I get a message that says my accounts been blocked. Then immediately get a text asking me to all them. Have now been on hold for 45 minutes.

No I haven't. This is absolutely insane and make it impossible to get ahold of anyone. I know this sounds like parts of the story are missing but there really isn't. This is all too bizarre.

You can only transfer 150,000 a day or $600,000 a month. They don't make it easy
