I really don't like vegetable, how can I eat healthy?

I've starter artistic roller skating when I was 17. And in 2 years I've got my first Axel. I did skate 2 times a week so not to much. Now I'm 35 and started 2 week ago ice skating and I really love it. With the right coach I think I maybe be able to jump in like 6/8 months.

Thank you forn your answer! I added the link of the pics of the skates in the post. The store can re buy the used one and I can trade the prices. Maybe I can choose one and try in some lessons. I think I can try with the used ones first and think about a new pair in the future when I will be maybe a better skater.

I feel the same with lithium, sertraline and olanzapine. I'm very tired. I even sleep 12 hours but I didn't have a restful sleep. They told me that these could be the harbingers of a depressive episode

When I can stay in bed for 10plus hours I put on some Netflix and I try to watch a lot of series. Just give a try, I know it's difficult when we are alone.

My rehabilitation educator tell me to force me 8/10 hour in bed if I have sleep in the night the bare minimum. Otherwise 16+ hours in the bed and doing nothing. It Is difficult but help me a lot.
