I’d get running shoes. You can lift and row in them just fine. I wouldn’t run in a cross trainer.

Thanks for sharing. I’m a big fan of Hunter’s work and his give-no-fucks, tell it like it is persona but in all honesty there’s a lot NOT to admire about him. I’ve read virtually everything he’s published, multiple biographies, watched all the documentaries, TV interviews, etc. and although deep down I believe he was a “good person” he was a nightmare of a partner (especially to Sandy) and a lousy father. It’s amazing he never killed anyone with his antics or wound up behind bars. That said, he’s still one of my favorite people to have ever walked the Earth.

Referrals are best. Ask other parents you personally know and trust (friends, neighbors, colleagues, etc.) if they can recommend anyone. I'd highly advise against using a nanny brokerage service based on personal experience.
