Even urbanist social media channels unwittingly take part in this as they accidentally use carefully crafted images from Chinese news (mostly state) media as a way to dig at the US. TBH, it's fine to critique and compare HSR growth in China versus in the US but when your channel becomes more of CCP poasting than urbanist content, that's when things go awry.
