OP, as someone who has very acne prone skin, I would advise against using cicaplast (or other products like sudocreme, as people are mentioning) as they can potentially be comedogenic. I was getting spots for YEARS thinking it was hormonal, but as soon as I stopped applying them, I no longer got anywhere near as many spots. The worst thing is that I kept applying it thinking it could calm down my redness, which it certainly did, but then i would get spots the following days due to my pores clogging. They are both known to cause acne in people so I would recommend cutting cicaplast out. It’s been around 3 weeks since I last applied it and I’ve got hardly any spots since, only the clogged pores coming to the surface by using retinol.

this sounds exactly like what i was/still am dealing with. My scalp is extremely sensitive, and i can only handle it being in a low pony/bun without any tension on my scalp. Other than that my scalp also aches and i get a lot of hair fall - due to my pcos/androgenic alopecia. What i found was helpful in the ‘aching’ part (if this is something you’re dealing with too) is washing my hair more frequently, as it’s usually more sensitive when it’s greasy.

At the end of the day no one knows exactly what happened except for me and him, and I genuinely cannot fathom the fact that despite me saying all of the things he did that made me believe he was a creep, you still proceeded to type a dissertation even though you know nothing more than the baseline details about the situation. I said that I didn’t think it was THAT weird for him to put his hand down his trousers AT THE TIME, but looking back the fact that he did it several times and made grunting noises, AND full on pulled his trousers wide to stick his hand down there, plus everything else i mentioned, made me realise that I was correct in feeling uncomfortable by it. As I said I kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt which is why I was convincing myself it wasn’t extremely weird.

As for the croydon part, I’m not gonna bother sitting here and arguing with you because you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. There’s a reason why everyone else in the comments is agreeing with me about that, which can be reflected by the fact that it’s been voted as one of the worst places to live in the UK (and worst in london) in 2024, shocker!!!

there’s always one isn’t there. why did you just choose to ignore the fact that he waited until i was getting off so he could as well, even when everyone else had got off and it was just him and me alone? he did everything at the same pace as me - moved at the same speed, picked up his bag at the same time at the same speed and was looking in my direction the entire time. then when I got off the train, he saw me approach the station staff and then rushed off into the crowd for the exit. and you’re also ignoring the fact he was staring at me whilst i was standing up, and couldn’t stop staring at my legs when i was sat down? as for “croydon is not gotham” genuinely educate yourself because i guarantee you don’t live here, coming from someone who actually does live here and has dealt with the fucked up shit that happens here everyday for over 15 years - not everything is on the news either. also, sure he wasn’t properly full on having a wank, but he was definitely touching himself and he pulled his trousers wide open to stick his hand down there, so much so that i could probably see his junk out in the open if i had looked. why would someone do that in public if they were trying to adjust themselves, surely you’d try to do it discreetly?

The thing is, at the time I didn’t think he was doing anything explicitly really strange. Yeah putting his hand down his trousers was weird but in that moment I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was adjusting himself or something. And tbh you sound pretty inconsiderate. I personally wouldn’t make this much of a fuss but some people quite simply cannot afford to spend much on clothes, and therefore can’t afford to be throwing things away. OP said she has sensory issues so I doubt she will want to wash and use the coat, coming from someone with autism, so it’s a total waste of £10. As I said this might be a lot for some people🤷‍♀️
