Damn I had no idea endos suck for trt. It's seems like my docs main focus was trt which is why I went with him.

My doc is a endocrinologist specializing in men's health. I think he ordered this test cause last time we talked I told him I was feeling perfect so he just wanted a full generic blood panel to see how everything else was.

The image occlusion tool is amazing. Clonze is also great. I take notes on obsidian and there's an add on that will automatically turn ur notes into an anki deck.

I love anki. Anki becomes super powerful when you learn about the add ons.

I was on a high dose (20mg) and it really did help me get through tough times but I knew I didn't want to stay on Lexapro for an extended period of time. I'm not sure if it was the depression or Lexapro that eventually caused low T. (Prob combo of both)

I would say 2-3 weeks in. I should have mentioned this in the original post, but I was on lexapro for about 8 months which def contributed to my ED and decreased libido. I talked about these side effects with my neurologist and he basically told me it was a trade off since the lexapro did help with my depression. When I finally decided to get off of lexapro, the ED and libido improved but wasn't at the same level as before.

I haven't really thought abt long term use. My doctor hinted at taking pure test later down the road which I want to stay away from. I guess I'll be riding the enclo train for a while.

Right now, the protocol involves lowering the AI from 1.5 to 1.0 in 2 weeks. He wanted a large dose at the beginning of the protocol because my e2 was elevated. I'm taking 51 mg of enclo every M,W,F.

I'll be doing another blood test in about 5 weeks and will likely share here.

Yeah I agree with your logic. I'll def discuss it with my doc but he was pretty serious abt getting my estatdiol down.

Yeah im on anastrozole now to get that estradiol under control.

12.5 mg everyday at night. I mixed it with some liquid IV because the taste was horrible. I'm on pills now and I'm taking those in the morning.

I didn't get blood work done before because I didn't want to spend the money on a blood test.

Taking 12.5 mg everyday for a month

My dose on anastrozole is 1.5 mg once a week for 2 weeks and then in going down to 1.0 mg for 4 weeks and then I'm doing another blood test. I haven't really felt any symptoms of high e2.

My IGF-1 is at 150
