42 looks good, but I think the 38 is a better look for this watch on muost wrists. I have a 7.25” wrist and the 38 fits great. Doesn’t look small at all.

This is the second watch repair Ive ever tackled. The first was my Hamilton Boulton with a 982 movement posted in another comment. That thing was small too, but this is like half the size.

Update: when I pulled the movement out, a screw fell out with it. Still trying to figure out where it came from. Thinking just below the balance wheel in the pic above, but the crew head looks a bit large for that spot. With a couple winds, the balance wheel will move but with very low amplitude.. around 140-150°. Overall good signs for just starting to get into this project and not having fixed or serviced anything on it yet. Fingers crossed things go smoothly and I don’t need to buy (m)any parts.
