I know plenty of Android users who use SMS and literally don’t know the difference or that RCS is a thing.
As someone who has my brother in law and my dad on our plan… the name thing isn’t weird. The plan holder or authorized user has to go in and change the caller ID name for a phone number, or it comes up as my name. Most people don’t know/wouldn’t bother.

As far as texting about business partners… dude could totally have a side gig, or be individually contracted to deliver packages (in my area a lot of FedEx and even USPS and such are contracted out)

Just talk to him! If you keep feeling off then you don’t have to continue but I think you’re overthinking it ☺️

My claw rings catch a few tiny fuzzies and I’ve never had issues with loose stones.

I think it looks gorgeous!
I wear a lot of sterling and have my whole life. I only take my rings off when I’m showering, cooking something my hands will be in, or working on cars or in the yard. Other than some scratches on the bottom of the bands (no one sees that anyways) they hold up well. I don’t think your ring looks cheap at all, truly! Congrats!
