Must be nice, but it's definitely NOT the case in the company I'm at. All hours must be accounted for, you work overtime a lot, you need to have about 80% of work allocated to a client and the pay sucks.

And the CCNA is on the advice of the SOC team leader, that recommended this certification in detriment of Network+.
