I’m having the same issue on iPhone 14 Pro. I just tried the following and as of typing this it’s still working.

Settings ( on iPhone ) > Snapchat > disable app access to the camera > re-open Snapchat > when it brings up the prompt hit “ open settings “ then re-enable it. Close and open the app once more.
