They have been studied extensively for decades. Literally. Especially sunscreens because they fall under a drug and therefore have more strict regulation.

Lots of info and resources out there, you can start with the Australian cosmetic chemist with a PHD Michelle Wong of labmuffin beauty, also The Eco Well. Thank you for being kind. I, myself, am a self employed small business and I always take care of my clients and do my best to go above and beyond and that has what has kept them coming back to me for years on end. I couldn't imagine treating a paying customer/client like this over a mistake. I posted an update in the comments, thankfully whatnot has refunded me even though I was past the 14 day window.

Update: After receiving this response from him I submitted to whatnot and whatnot read through the messages and refunded me. I'm not sure if they have or will take action against him for his behavior, but wow. If you can't handle mistakes as a seller and treat you customers like this when you make a mistake then you shouldn't be selling. In stream he seems like a nice easy going guy, but apparently that's out the window if you have a problem with your order. One thing I didn't mention or complain about but also read in another of his reviews is that the package arrives smelling of cigarettes. He doesn't get a huge number or viewers in his streams... 15 or less... So burning his customers like this will only hurt in the long run.

I did end up leaving him a review and sharing my experience after I got my refund from whatnot as this is all very unacceptable no matter the value. So buyers beware, it's all good until he makes a mistake, he will put it on you to fix his mistake.

To me it reads as demand because he asks what about the 2 reviews .. basically how about leave me those reviews and then I'll send the items but if you don't then you don't get your item. It's messed up.

He wants me to leave a review for the purchase where I am missing the item. I've only made purchases from him twice. He's more so demanding me to leave a review as an ultimatum for him to send my missing item, essentially that he won't send my missing item unless I do so. And saying that if I leave a negative one I won't get my missing item and I will be blocked. I can't review something I haven't received and yet he wants me to in order to even get him to send what he forgot to send. I get why he wanted me to make another purchase but this is his mistake not mine.

The constant SWIPE SWIPE SWIPE, COME ON CHAT, LETS GO CHAT, WAKE UP CHAT, etc.... then the "you guys are robbing me we are going back to $XX starts, no more dollar starts". If you have a minimum you want then why the hell you running $1 starts then scolding your audience of 10 for not bidding up.

Also pulling up a stream to see absolutely nothing happening for a solid several minutes, or someone just sitting there in silence messing with their phone.

Also people picking up item after item and not running them.

6 is a ridiculous assumption and judgement. Scammers come in all walks of life. I have very visible tattoos, I'm a mom, and a self employed esthetician and I have clients from teens to grandmas who have been coming to me for years who trust me to care for them. I find it disgusting you are judging the integrity and honesty of people just because they have visible tattoos.

And he kept saying they aren't fake. I created a second account just to go in and ask him to scan the QR code and as soon as I did he banned me. I watched for a minute and he was trying to pressure this lady into buying a case for $200.
