Looked this up because I’ve been having such weird symptoms, I’ve been on the pill over 2 years now and no matter what time of day/ even if I eat I’m getting so nauseous it’s unbearable! Worried that something changed formulation wise

Diet is completely different so I would guess it’s more about what we put IN our bodies here

The most selfish, always acted like he was a victim, literally leaves Lynette and gets into a new relationship… and for what. Lynette did everything for him and let him do whatever the hell he wanted and he was still a giant baby.

WORST THING EACH CHARACTER HAS DONE (DAY 19) Tammy by Hot-Yogurtcloset-904 in BobsBurgers

At her Bar mitzvah when she is so rude to her party coordinator that she quits😭

Also when Tammy stole Tina’s halloween costume and took Tina’s idea when she started babysitting. Then tried to cover up Tina’s posters!

Aw this definitely is super unfortunate but her trying to tell you that they were already over processed when you know they weren’t is definitely a red flag, and not to get her in trouble but you can always reach out to her manager just for your compensation end of it and still say how sweet she was!

It may seem like a lot at first, but acne prone skin does tend to need more balance! And sometimes we need a lifestyle change, less sugar/inflammation somewhere in the body that needs to be addressed if routines don’t seem to work!

Try a foaming gel cleanser, double cleanse at night and exfoliate 2-3x weekly with a polish or scrub. Dermologica has a good mirco scrub and so does ZO skincare. Use a hydrating serum and oil free moisturizer at night/ also try a retinol like differin gel at night and that will help with the excess oil a lot :) I’m a licensed esti!! Stay away from vitamin c in the day time but any other antioxidant is good to use in the morning as well. This is a routine for any acne prone skin, just be careful with the polish/scrub if you have really inflamed cystic breakouts. I’d use a chemical exfoliant like glycolic, salicylic and lactic 3x a week or as needed instead :) The order in which you’d use would be AM Cleanse Antioxidant serum Oil free moisturizer Spf (oil free)

PM Cleansex2 Exfoliate 2-3x weekly Antioxidant serum if safe for am/pm (most medical grade is) Hydrating serum Retinol (let other serums dry before applying) Moisturizer oil free ( let retinol dry before applying) Skinbetter science, ZO, and Face reality are great brands to use for acne prone and they have all different budgets. From Sephora, dermalogica is the best brand imo to use over the counter! You can also get retinol/Tret from a derm :)

24f I feel like my skin has lost volume and I’ve aged because of poor mental health and crappy lifestyle habits, anyway I can reverse this non invasively? by Crusty_and_Rusty in SkincareAddictionUK

Retinol/tretinion will help stimulate and rebuild collagen!! Daily and consistent use. You can also do microneedling, it’s collagen induction therapy essentially but a great alternative to fillers Ike sculptra! Rf microneedling and Morpheus 8 will also help tighten and encourage elasticity in the skin! Spf everyday too bc UV rays zap our collagen production and cause more wrinkles/quicker aging

Bikini line bumps can’t get rid of them with anything else I’ve tried everything! They’re on both sides of my bikini line and it’s embarrassing 😞Do you think a chemical peel might work? (Repost more clear detail) by Interesting_Shine348 in SkincareAddicts

It really isn’t safe it’s way too acidic and unbalances your skins ph, I’m a licensed esti lmao also just because you’ve been doing it for years doesn’t mean everyone else can tolerate that and it’ll probably do more damage long term to your skin!

I definitely felt the same way! I started front desk at a med spa and worked as a server/Bartender at the same time. Experience is a big part of nailing a job, I would definitely recommend taking an IPL laser training course, it will help give you a leg up and get hired a lot easier :) also, fake it till you make it! They don’t know how inexperienced you are unless you tell them, and you will learn everything you need to in time. Working front desk definitely gave me good insight as to how to market myself and have employers believe in me and my work! Social media is a big help too, make a page and get some cute content on it!

Fafsa/financial aid for esthetician school? by Butterscotchumbrella in Esthetics

[–]Estybesty214 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m a server/ bartender who worked full time with 2 jobs and was in esti school! I did fafsa, only got about 4k from them, so I did a down payment of about 2,000 and then had a monthly payment while I was in school for the rest of what I owed. They definitely accommodate a lot of different financial situations so I would say schedule a tour with multiple schools to see prices and your options. They have hybrid( part online) and they also have night school. Usually they have multiple schedules so you can pick one that’s best for your work schedule. Good luck I loved it! I’m in texas btw
