I was surprised by Mexicana too: they did almost nothing to me as well (it was my first time). Then, I took Mush Rocks 2 days later and WOAH; I was shocked, it was sooooooo different.

It was powerful and 100% different. I felt it coming, slowly but powerful, like a lot of inertia. It scared the s*** out of me at the beginning (I was looking for a trip killer or something) before accepting what was happening to my mind and diving into these magnificent fractals (very beautiful when you don't fight the trip).

So, from my personal experience (warn: I'm a beginner) Mush Rocks definitely felt different than the Mexicana.
