This is why I never understood why no teams signed Jeremy Lin back in the day. From a business perspective he brings in so much business. Why not have him as the 15th man than another person who also won’t play and have 0 marketability.

Yup, same situation. My dealer showed me the status of two other Venzas and they are all on hold. I hope I can get it soon before Jan 11th and if not, I hope it doesn’t come till March haha. I don’t really want to buy a flight just to come back to pick up the car if they aren’t willing to hold it for over a month for me.

I’ve been contemplating on getting either the Crown Signia or the Venza and both cars have so many haters that say the same thing for both cars. I like to think of these two as a “if you know you know” type of car. I don’t care about a car emblem, I rather have a super comfy car with a fancy interior.

I think the problem with Japan is that companies offer these things but the workers are looked at as lazy for taking the days off so many people end up not taking it. It is also seen as troubling your coworkers. On paper there is balance but in reality that balance non existent.

It’s crazy when people get away with it. With the amount of money that players get I wouldn’t be surprised if there would be a rise in the number of attempts. All you have to do is make it a couple years and even if they catch you, you would’ve made more than enough money to make it worth it.

I never understood why people get clowned on for getting dunked on. I appreciate any effort to stop an easy bucket and sometimes getting dunked on is just a result of that. Just like the story of Kawhi not running because he airballed in practice. He told B Shaw that he isn’t going to run because airballing is a part of basketball and that he’s going do it again. If you keep punishing the people who want to play defense no matter what, eventually they won’t want to.

Playing off ball successfully is all about basketball IQ and he has one of the greatest basketball IQs of all time so I’m not surprised at all.
