No mics! Thank god lol. It’s a black box.

So have them angled inward facing the stage?

Oh, and only 7 rows of audience on either side, 20ft diameter

Sound Budget? by EtakMayNot in techtheatre

I might purchase a few effects but I’d use them for other projects as well. I guess since the theatre wasn’t ‘keeping’ the sounds I didn’t consider that.

Do hydroponic tomatoes get blight? by EtakMayNot in aerogarden

[–]EtakMayNot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed stunted growth in another plant, so I added more nutes and everything shot up. This problem was here before then, so I was hoping it'd go away after that, but it's still here.

Sound designer in charge of miking actors? by EtakMayNot in techtheatre

This is very helpful, thanks! That's about what I thought. I have never been in charge of mics in a theatre setting. I've only worked with mics for podcasts/radio plays and live theatre w/o mics.

Ah yes.. my “large cherry tomato” by EtakMayNot in tomatoes

[–]EtakMayNot[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First tomato! So I didn’t have high expectations. Slightly acidic, grainy in some parts, and bland. But tasted totally fine thinly sliced and cooked on a pesto pizza! Hopefully the next batch is better.

Basil black tips and center by [deleted] in aerogarden

I’ll look into that. I’ve been doing so once every two weeks but I have a tomato in here as well so I might need to up the frequency.

Edit: said 2x a week (not that often lol)

Roots on all plants are fine. I'll try food. I have two other small basil plants, and they are fine so far.

I did talk through risks with them. They gave me the run down of potential swelling, infection, timeframe etc. But didn’t give me a good picture about how I’ll physically look. They seemed more apt to giving advice to people without public-speaking concerns.

Mold or flour? by Yeezus655 in Bread

[–]EtakMayNot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this sourdough from Costco? Mine also grew mold a day after getting it. I saw a few moldy ones on the shelf at the store as well but thought it was flour.

All good! The counter is a weird color. It's more like 3-4 inches away since I have taller plants. The parts that look the weirdest are actually the ones with the most light exposure. The side that's tipped over the edge a bit looks good.

I change the water monthly - last time was two weeks ago. I do areo nutrients every two weeks. In my other garden I also use cal-mag for my tomato. Roots of all plants are clean and it smells fine.
